Network Controls and Electric adding infrastructure to Clemson University’s Kingsmore Stadium

Network Controls and Electric – a leading supplier of cabling and electrical infrastructure — is working with SYS Constructors on the Doug Kingsmore Stadium Addition on the campus of Clemson University.

The work is part of the ongoing renovations at the Tiger baseball stadium. The Thomas F. Chapman Grandstand, located behind the left field fence, is under construction with completion expected prior to the 2010 season, adding approximately 1,000 seats to the stadium.

“We have a longtime relationship with general contractor SYS and have worked with them on many projects throughout the years. This project is a testament to Network Control’s and Electric’s diverse abilities and commitment to superior customer service and quality workmanship,” said David Clyborne, CCO of the Electrical Division.

“This project is a resulting effort of our companies ongoing initiatives to increase the market share in providing services to Universities and other educational institutions,” said Brad Cunningham, CEO, Network Controls and Electric.

The project is part of an ongoing renovation project which began in 2002. The stadium is located in the middle of Clemson’s athletic facilities, across the street from Littlejohn Coliseum and Memorial Stadium.
